During the summer of 2022, I worked at a restaurant in Lofoten, a position I secured through the Nordjobb organization, where I later got the role as an ambassador. In this ambassadorial role, I managed social media content for the organization and led presentations aimed at encouraging more individuals to apply to Nordjobb. Below are examples of posts I created and published, which contributed to a 60% increase in applications for the position I promoted.
